Has a test match ever only lasted one day? Reckon South Africa could get 100 or so before tea, declare and skittle NZ again in a session?
 
SAF are notoriously cautious. Wouldn't expect a declaration until deep into the 4th day when they are 700-3

Aye, some report recommended he captains the test team and McCullum captains the ODI and T20 team. Taylor spat his dummy and went on sabbatical so he'd miss this series. The board apologised to Taylor for their handling of the issue so he'll be back for the next series.
