Ryanair priority booking

I have priority booking with 2 bags for Ryanair flight. In the 10kg cabin luggage. Can I take my razor in the 10kg overhead luggage?

I've taken all kinds of prohibited items on, knives included.

The scanner can only pick up so much

I had my razor confiscated when leaving Kazakhstan once. The emptied my toilet bag and kept that (despite there being no blade) and also my travel toothpaste. The crazy thing was they were happy for me to retain the pack of feather blades.
