The reality of it is though, like any other player who does this, he'll definitely get the move. Nobody wants a player who refuses to train around.

Why does Russell Martin ( enjoy the way his teams play, potentially going to be a top Manager) want to sign Ross Stewart…. Do you think he sees him as probably the best CF in the Championship, which he is. He obviously is prepared to accept the lad had been injured, it happens and is trying to get him on the cheap. Ffs give Stewart a new contract now, he will score goals for us, will improve our chances of a top six finish massively and next summer with him under contract you would be talking what at least double what the offer is at the minute.

We've struggled getting another striker in as it is. They'll be a utter meltdown if we sell Stewart now with less than 48 hours to go. But as mentioned, they've got quite a bit money in sales this summer, and with tomorrow being the deadline, we should be asking for 10m minimum.
If he goes and not replaced though then the board would get deserved stick, and I've backed them to this point, really hope he stays, and ideally signs a new contract.

piroe is the best CF in th championship...wilcox signs the players at southampton..
armstrong is already at southampton..so stewart may not even be the best CF at that club..

If we sell him to Southampton cheaply, he starts banging goals in and gets them promoted, keeping us out of a promotion spot, is it worth it for £8m compared to getting promoted?
