Losing the ball and getting a crap one in its place
Fielders not shining the ball
Fielders shining the wrong side of the ball
Being a walker and then given out when you didn't hit it
Getting hit in the box
Dropping an easy catch
 
Getting given out when you know you didn't hit it/it pitched outside the line/you were home by a foot etc etc.

Not getting the decision when you know he hit it/was plumb in front/was two yards short.

The growing influence of Twenty20.

The football-isation of Test cricket.
 
Fielding to bowlers bowling short and wide who then expect you to stop every run off them without any consideration to your personal safety or how much you had to drink last night.

That's why I've stopped walking mate. The amount of times I've been given out dubiously is unreal.

The rest of your list is pretty accurate.

Me too. Always walked as a kid. Better not to. Let them make the decisions. Sone days I will get lucky, other days I will get a stinker
