Not for me either way. Sacked Johnson with no replacement. Signed a 39 year old Defoe to appease fans. Put his mate in charge and likely will cost us 6 points in two games. Has Roy Keane on a a plate. We all know deep down he will mess this up and appoint McCann or Neil.
To add….

Left us with 2 fit centre-backs, signed 2 wingers who admittedly look good but we’ve got far more pressing issues, left us with one fit recognised full back and another that seemingly isn’t ready.

As much as it was right to get rid of LJ this just shows how much of a knee jerk reaction it was and now they’ve placed some absolute numpties in charge until we actually appoint someone else. There’s no time for this shite man we’ve got till the end of the season to finish as high as possible what’s the fannying on about?

How do we know Keane isn't too?

Aye, he was magnificent for us, but fairly shite at Ipswich.

I'm up for it, but it shouldn't be presented as a slam-dunk, close your minds to other thinking choice. Emotions running a bit too hot for me.
That's where I'm at with it as well. I get the idea he might provide a short term boost that gets us over the line but his overall coaching record isn't great. Its more of a punt than anything. Either way you can't help but be excited by the appointment of Keane. I wouldnt even necessarily be excited by Neil who I've said would be my choice. People overestimating what that wave of enthusiasm offers to an extent. Just look at saturday.

And from my perspective there are a few trying desperately to pretend someone like the other names mentioned are actually good appointments.

And no back-up forward for Stewart apart from a 39yo who you can't expect to play 90mins every week.
