Call me impatient but I think that’s not good enough.
Who was that Rodwell lad we had in as CEO under the two Ronnie’s? He reminds me of him. Awful sound bites.Although I'm certainly not anti-Speakman or against the structure they're trying to build, from day 1 the interviews smack of arrogance and that they know what they're doing with the 'project' and 'process', almost as if it's above us mere mortal fans. Johnson was also part of that same arrogance imo.
That same arrogance is what is now preventing the appointment of Keane, or at least the length of time it's taking. That arrogance led them to think we only had to turn up to beat Doncaster. That arrogance is preventing them appointing Keane quickly as they need to be seen to be going through a process. That arrogance won't allow them to appoint Keane quickly as it'll look like we're desperate for him whereas their arrogance want it to look like he's the fortunate one to be appointed.
I'm not pointing the finger at KLD here as I've not seen or heard anything from him where he comes across that way but it's firmly pointed at Speakman, he smacks of it in every interview.

Why?People pinning their hopes on Keane as some sort of messiah are deluded. So are the clubs if they think Keane would get us promoted or is a long term option.
I think most people have said he's got his faults. But out of all the other candidates which are quite poor. He's probably the bestPeople pinning their hopes on Keane as some sort of messiah are deluded. So are the clubs if they think Keane would get us promoted or is a long term option.
Is that how your boss treats you?Keane probably wants clauses in the contract that allows him to 'swing punches' at players who perform badly and to be able to grab other staff members 'by the throat' if they make mistakes.
I think the appointment needs to me made today too. Any further delays are just going to cause more damage to our season.Call me impatient but I think that’s not good enough.
The manager/coach needs to be with the players now. Not another 2 days away.
aye, Jim Rodwell.Who was that Rodwell lad we had in as CEO under the two Ronnie’s? He reminds me of him. Awful sound bites.
itll be two winnable games wasted imo. Pathetic really. Too many clever bastards involved these days.I think the appointment needs to me made today too. Any further delays are just going to cause more damage to our season.
Imagine not having a new manager/coach/whatever the feck you want to call him who isn’t on the training ground this morning meeting his players.
To be fair to Speakman, he has to analyse the data markers and ingest the wider feedback loop, to thereafter deliver on the deliverables, so as to map out a process, and then realise the process, which will complement the structure, and thereby facilitate an implementation of the philosophy.

Says a lot though about the way the club is running the process. He’s the best of a bad bunch.I think most people have said he's got his faults. But out of all the other candidates which are quite poor. He's probably the best
We’re in the play off battle now. Reckon we’ll make them, but this slump has pretty much killed automatic and dragged us into a battle we all thought was almost a given not so long agoIf like me you think we have fucked automatics an extra game or 2 lost doesn't really matter unless you think we are in danger of not getting the play offs
Cotterell anyoneIf its PowerPoint they want, grayson is free....
