I know that I’ve just had a circular email from the club about tomorrows fixture with a big picture of Defoe with a blurb that mentions the search for head coach continues!

I don’t imagine the clubs communications team would be sending that out if there was an imminent announcement. It would make no commercial sense and would be a waste of a communication
