This is it for me.

It is a risk, every managerial appointment you make is a risk, but we have evidence that he can work well with the fans, the club, the community, which are all things that contribute towards a successful team and club.

He can work with players, and get them to where they need to be to win games.

The only question mark is around tactics possibly, but I do believe that tactics are less important at this level, and it's more about effort, and individual moments of brilliance.

How would you compare the tactics keane faced as a manager in the Premier league with us, with what he's likely to face in the 3rd division with us? Do you reckon Paul Warne will be more tactically asute than fergie or wenger were?
