This man u match on ITV is a bit annoying like. Cant be in two places at once. Is he still doing it? I know aeroplanes exist like.
Helicopter would be better. And then he should be lowered into the centre circle via the same helicopter at half time tomorrow, hanging off a rope ladder like Lee Majors.

Then he should wrestle a tiger before taking his place in the dugout for the second half.

"the best man for the job", if that is Keane all well and good, but if not and McCann is next in line that is a f***ing chasm. Surely if it isn't Keane there must be someone in between, why does it have to be Poyet or Johnson, Keane or McCann? Why can't there ever be two suitable candidates that, whilst I would have a preference, I wouldn't mind either way instead of falling off a cliff
To be fair McCann has done more than Keane in management in recent years and has been promoted from this division only last season. He's not exactly box office but isn't a terrible choice either.

Outside of those mentioned, who would be your recommendation?
if he were available..wagner..the lad who managed huddersfeild, or mark robins at coventry...or chelsea u23 manager andy myers. the latter being my favoured option of the lot. brings different skill set than does keane, but probably the bewst available with that skillset

Been told by someone very itk....
No announcement today, nothing agreed on paper, just verbally.
If Keane wants it, its his...if he doesnt its MCann..

Pity that.

I was hoping it would be announced today, nice build up for tomorrow. The longer it drags on the more the likelihood for something to go wrong or for itchy feet to occur.

If we end up with McCann there will be some meltdown. The servers on here would melt for a start!

With how this has been built up, including the owner liking posts about it, they are in for a serious backlash if it ends up being anyone other than Keane now and whoever the new manager is will be fighting a losing battle from day one.

If Keane turns it down then that's not the clubs fault. However there's going to a massive meltdown
If he wasn’t genuinely keen -why interview
My worry is some of the people in the board -KLDs time to step in once again

Advisor or negotiate? There’s a massive difference in the football you can easily rope someone in with a license to tick that box and correct he called in ‘favours’ but I’m sure someone that runs in that circle will sort him out, worth noting Reeves do deal with contracts
of course he will have a lawyer to look at the contract when its done..almost any law firm in the uk could..surprised michael kennedys old firm would work for an individual, rather than a corporate client though.

They told us that they had interest from all over the world and when you look at the names being considered, apart from Keane it is a huge step down.
They might have had interest from all over the world, doesn't mean that interest was from a good enough level. Also the names mentioned doesn't necessarily marry up to who the club are talking to either.
