Speakman is responsible for letting Flan go without a replacement. Of his signings last Jan, Stewart has been a big success, Winchester has blown hot and cold but ok overall and Jordan Jones was just an ineffective show pony. The jury is still out on all the summer signings. Doyle started well but is now a liability, Huggins has been unable to contribute at all. Hughins, Broadhead and Evans all had fitness issues before signing. Cirkin has been disappointing. Pritchard started poorly but has done well recently. We still don’t have cover for Stewart.

I can forgive any mistakes in the above but appointing a manager of 10 years experience of achieving precisely nowt was his biggest mistake. However, since he has achieved precisely nowt himself, maybe employing LJ made him feel comfortable. We have philosophies, processes, data analysis and a 5year plan, all of which are made to sound like we have stumbled onto something special.

Being without a manager at this stage of the season indicates how incompetent he is.
Spot on and convincing people it isn’t a short term fix but is a long term plan keeps him in a job allowing him to earn enough money to be comfortable.
That was his intention.
IMO Defoe arriving is the first spanner in his works.

Matete has been shocking? :lol

Just shows some people genuinely don’t know what they are watching

It’s a funny one that like. I think Matete has been really good but it might be a more obviously better performance on the tele than in the ground. A couple of his touches have been a bit erratic so that might given them a false impression.

(Playing devils advocate in the extreme for the fella here  )

A she’s not my daughter
B she didn’t say he was there she said the rumour in the hotel was that he’s going to be there.

Keep proving yourself wrong, you’re doing it so well.
Yep like when I told you all Proctor and Dodds were 100% taking the team tonight about 8 hours before any of the press confirmed it.

You mean when everybody knew they were.

You said Keane was at the AOL finalising things yesterday, he wasn’t.
No they didn’t look at the timing of my post.

You’ve given us 2 bits of inside info:

1. Keane is going to be there tonight - he isn’t
2. You told us what the pre match meal was - then turns out it’s the post match meal

Going on ignore ya shitehawk

Irony off the scale here mind

I didn’t say he was going to be there not my problem you can’t read.

I’ll see if I can get a pic of the post match meal

Why would Keane bother now?

He could win 10 in a row and still not have enough for the automatics.

The time to make the change was during the week before the Doncaster game.

A team bottom of the league, followed by a team who haven't won since November. It would have been the ideal start.

He'd be mad to take it now IMO.
