Will there be, though?

If you take the SMB manager poll into account (and I grant you it’s not been conducted by IPSO Mori), then Keane attracted a smidge over a third of votes. 36%. That means 64% who didn’t vote for him as next a manager.

Doesn’t take a maths genius to contend that most voted Not For Keane.

Maybe there will be hell on from those who voted for Not Keane if he is appointed?
I voted for Big Sam, and i'll be fumin if we don't get Keane now.

Well if its done and the the club are simply using their new ‘media strategy’ to tease us like they did with Defoe, how about we all play the same game and renew our season tickets in the last hour on deadline day? Lets see if they think our strategy is as funny as theirs.

Thats on the basis that people renew mind cos i aint if this shit show continues.

Getting a bit silly now. After tonight we’ve only got three days to prepare for Saturday. If any new head coach wants to have an impact they need to be taking training tomorrow.

The problem you've got mate is that you're looking at the situation through the dinosaur-lens of old fashioned common sense. You just need to trust the structural process to realise the deliverables of the philosophy. Or something like that.

This is why I dont believe its signed as previously stated. A new head coach will want literally every spare second to prepare the team

Imagine the supporter reaction if it ends up falling through because of penny pinching.

Especially when we're already spending f*ck knows how much on Speakman and his cadre of inexperienced youth team coaches and pseudo-corporate bullshit spinners.
The club will be battered if it looks like we've gone for the cheap option, but it sounds like we can't possibly compete with the TV money, which is understandable. I think if it's going to be Keane it'll have to be in spite of having to take a pay cut.

he has to neogtaite itman..he has legally binding contracts with sky, itv and sky bet at least,,he cant just fuck them off..even if he wanted to..
As he has clearly stated that he wants a return to management, I would be am amazed if he didn’t have a release clause inserted.

With a substantial bonus if he achieves promotion

That tweet was off 6 days ago man

Your tweet is still accurate about LE like
I don’t care if it’s from six years ago. I have a question for the sages of PF. Gather yourselves together and tell me when Luke Edwards ever had any news about SAFC that hadn’t been disclosed earlier elsewhere? I know the answer BTW I’m looking for confirmation.
Wee phillie has more scoops to his name than edwards. He’s a f**king mag genocide sympathiser. And he’s shit at his job.

Feels like the board are stalling on Keane in the hope he loses interest and tells them to f#ck off.

They can then go for one of the other 2 mood hoovers without taking the blame of Keane not coming.

Surely, you only need one interview with Keane, the rest of the bits that may need ironing out could be done over the phone?
That’s my thinking as well tbh.
