We’re talking about so many hypotheticals here. The one that doesn’t seem to get much attention is that this genuinely IS all agreed with Keane and he was working his obligations to ITV. His sign off on the Liverpool game certainly is in line with that. So, if that IS the reality how does everyone feel? Keane on Monday or McCann before the Doncaster game? There’s surely only one choice there isn’t there?

If Keane is unveiled tonight or tomorrow and takes charge of training tomorrow or if the side Tuesday then all is good.

What did he say in signing off?

Yep, my money is on this scenario. We'll soon know.

Utter bollocks.

If you sack a manager at this stage of the season and in our position, then winning games is all that matters.

Your long term 'philosophy', whatever that is, goes straight out of the window.

Turns up same time and solicits responses. Just ban the fecka he's a WUM.

This media driven nonsense of the Keane ‘persona’ which is considered to be representative of the man is tedious beyond belief.

He isn’t without fault but he is also aware of those mistakes he has made in the past.

It is beyond belief (if Speakman is to be believed) that more interviews are planned for this week. The club is sinking like a stone and even if we lose again on Tuesday, having Keane in place will allow him to learn.
