There's no-one telling them what to do, they're rudderless, Keane would at least be a rudder (so would anyone with a bit of gumption and authority mind) ... the club has deliberately steered itself into the doldrums, maybe even onto the rocks.

This is because we don't have a manager our players nor fans respect. Not because we don't have Roy Keane.
 
Question for Speakman, if it’s so important to follow process, did you follow process when sacking LJ? Was he given the adequate number of verbal and written warnings and if so how come this “shortlist” you got round to creating this week wasn’t completed when LJ was on his final written warning? Or are you using process as an excuse to buy time, if so times up Cowboy!
