What was the point of changing manager?

It’s not the same system, mind. It’s different shape and different patterns. It’s way more pass focused as well. Playing pretty much two deep lying forward today who are interchanging and we are focusing play through the centre more to try and get the wingers the ball on in an area further up the pitch with a more defined box in the centre.

Mowbray just had us getting the ball to a winger on the half way line and have them run at goal till they lost it/scored.
