Jesus. I would say why doesn't he just hang his boots up but clearly the talent is still there despite all the injuries.
Any ex player who's given it their all (irrespective of how good their all is) still holds a passing interest for me, as long as they didn't leave under a cloud.

Absolutely gutting for him. The talent is clearly there, seems a decent lad with a good attitude. Must be absolutely devastating when your body just can’t handle the physical demands of the game. Makes you think how hard it must be for injury prone players to wrap their heads around it.

He’s prem quality if he stays fit.
With his injury record, we did very well to get £10m for him.

Sadly for the lad, he’s only played 20+ games 4 times in his career. His body just isn’t built for full seasons.
It’s a miracle he played every game for us in our promotion season.
