I'm unavailable tomorrow as I'm doing the on pitch flags with students from work but @Timeless and the team of volunteers won't be going in until nearer 12 once everyone is there so you'll be able to muck in. I think they found they get more volunteers that way. Used to be later, but if they met at half 1 or whatever, loads of people were with their mates in the pubs etc and didn't want to be in the ground that early. Doing it earlier seems to have improved things because people come down, get it done, and still have time to go and get drinks afterwards.

That's a massive shame, really wish more were able to regularly volunteer. The south stand looks great when there's flags and surfers but it needs a few people being able to give up half an hour which you'd think would be more than possible. I know how much effort you lads put into it, hopefully something can be done to raise awareness or get more involved

Doesn't help when everybody's morale around the club is on the floor like.
 
Saw at least 3 people leaving the stadium with flags yesterday. Not meant to take them home are ya?
