And the sight of those three crummy strikers occupying places on the bench. Awful.
That bench is beyond poor. I can't fathom his decisions but he just has to shoehorn in every senior pro if possible regardless of position or usefulness.

I dont care which of our yoith players are on the bench. Id pick Diamond and Benji personally but any 2 should be on the bench at all times. That as the discussio when increasing suvs from 5 to 7. 7 substitutes. Thats enough space for 2 young lads. Ffs

How does Power get a start? He has contributed absolutely nothing lately. Suppose he couldn't drop Leadbitter Scowen and Power in one go.
Would Power get a regular game, if he wasn't captain ? 🤔
I just don't see what he does on the pitch, to justify him being in the starting eleven.

Every week you hold out hope against hope he will introduce the young ones and week after week he lets you down. He infuriates me. I wish he'd be sacked.
The thing is he will do this for 46 games - then at the end of the season he will express disappointment when Diamond doesn't sign a new contract and starts a successful career elsewhere. Summerbee will come on to say the club was powerless to keep him. Parkinson is nowt if not predicatble.

6 goals in three U23 games and he can't make the bench while we are struggling to score goals in the third division. He also possesses the one attribute we are severely missing in pace. I can't understand Parkinsons reluctance to throw at least one of those three on the bench
Like Mcgeady he pissed him off so he’s out

Seems like the type who will dig his heels all the more as the clamour to give them a chance gets louder.
Yeah, stubborn and abstruse, just like Peter Reid was. Parkinson's style of management is very much of that bygone age. He reminds me of all of Reid's worst traits at the very end of his tenure here.
