My exact thought! Hopefully not cut from the same cloth!

To be fair he looked OK at first but them had that game against Millwall (I think) where he chucked 2 in as did the Millwall keeper. Never recovered.

He got a bad hand injury and barely played again.

Mind I would be prepared to say he'd have been better than Camp with one hand tied behind his back. As would I!
 
I cant lie I was a bit concerned when I saw this first thing but the links to Lille, Ajax and The Premier League more generally do make me feel like it could be good business. Seems quite highly rated in the Netherlands and saw he was in the Opta Eredivise team of the season. Obviously built like a cherry picker as well. Hopefully be one of those ones that no ones heard of that turns out to be a master stroke.

Its strange that they are saying its to be number 1 then
 
Some good saves in the highlights but of course every goalkeeper's highlights will show that.

It's a saves only compilation, but would like to have seen some highlights of him coming off his line to claim the ball and also his distribution.
 
it’s nice to sign a player especially in this position but if I was being selfish I would prefer someone with more experience. It’s such an important position.

This lad could be excellent mind and I do trust the club.

I would bring in Ortega as number one personally if he was an option.
