Nearly 600 replies and every one missing the point. RLB does not have the gravitas or ability to be a leader of men.

In any industry or profession the workforce marches to the drum of the leader and thats what produces results.

There has to be both respect and fear of reprimand for the workforce to perform at optimum levels.

The fact that Elborg and O9 were laughing at the mess of a back pass and 09 continued to banter with the crowd despite trailing to a bottom tier bound opposition is demonstrative of lack of fear or respect.

Nordis reaction to being substituted recently is further evidence of the same.

Diarra's focus on berating supporters rather than being fully focussed on on overturning the defecit is further evidence of lack of respect.

Rigg lacklustre peeformances is further evidence of mis-management.

Ghisolfi/KLD were responsible for Granit and Roefs without them we would be where Wolves are.

The " professor" is a bluffer we got lucky this season and without a fit Xhaka to manage on the pitch we will struggle next season .

Him changing his style of play and is progressing under him?

I don’t want him sacked as he’s done a really good job this season but I would t be surprised if he was given the bullet early next season

He simply isn’t capable of setting a team up to attack.

he hasn't got the players to do that - when will people start to understand they recruited to a plan designed to keep us up and it's worked

I find it astonishing that people can't understand this

After reading that I had to look at the League Table as I was sure we must have been relegated.

In most games I would agree with you, it we have the required attacking players to attack Port Vale, but didnt, we kept the same shape. He got it wrong for this game.

Exactly this - ffs if at any time over the last ten years (or more) anyone had said that we would be where we are now at this stage of the season we would have said they were bonkers, we were a basket case, close to going bust - and still had Methven, Donald, Parkysaurus etc., etc. to come 😱

KLD, Speakman (gone I know), RLB have done an amazing job, in August we were bolt on favourites for relegation, but we're 11th. Let's just enjoy the stability for now eh? Maybe the goals, the excitement, the attacking will come later?
