RLB will be gone before next season

He has been an unqualified success, last season and this. How much grace will that buy him IF next season we don't start well?

Also, what does success look like next season? Fans and owners tend to want progress in a linear fashion, but that will be incredibly hard to attain, given our likely success this season. Would finishing 17th next season, 1 point above the relegation places be acceptable, if we finish top 10 this season.

I think he has a very hard job to turn us from the team we are now, one that is excellent without the ball, to one that is creative and more dominant with the ball. Its also a big job for Ghislofi, he has to provide the right players for further progressions and evolution

Job done with 10 games do go.
Suppose mid table mediocracy is not for everyone.
Yes RLB is a bit boring. A bit drab. Loves to say con-sis-ten-cy. 😂
The team has been found out a bit over a long season.
But has done what every single one of us asked before a ball was kicked…
Starts afresh next season and under pressure from day one….

(Not like me to be balanced)

Turning into Twitter on here. Yes it was a really bad performance but any talk of Regi being sacked is juvenile. We should be more than content with mid table finishes and not even have cup dreams just yet until we have a steady and established complete squad. I for one do not want to be languishing at the bottom of the league next season just so i can say how amazing it is to travel to Kazakhstan on a Thursday night. My guess is that KLDs next 5 year plan is to have a steady mid table team. RLB is exactly the right man for that. Lets stick together and be patient. We have a Mags game coming up. That now is the most important fixture.

He needs to find a way of creating more chances. xG as much as its slated on here does show that we ain't creating enough chances. and i'd find it hard to see us outperforming it again with current options

big summer ahead for RLB and Ghisolfi

Talks in riddles about connections
dynamics and experiences reminiscent of Cantona and the seagulls

Any manager worth his salt would have put a rocket up them at half time but we have been papering over the cracks for a long time.

Lets face it we got lucky in the play offs, lucky at Wembley and Xhaka has been acting as de,-facto manager on and off the pitch.

Without him we are rudderless and will probably splutter our way to safety.

Ghisolfi brought in a number of quality players who dont need a great deal of " management" and yet RLB still insists on Hume in the hybrid role.

KLD has to much invested to fail and Ghisolfi will be working on a manager to take us to the next level.

Nice guy but he has to go in the name of progress.

Biggest load of shite I've read on here in a while.

Are you really saying what we really need is a Sean Dyche. Throw any group of talented players together then they only need to be shouted at to get them to play well. If that's what you really think then bring back Phil Parkinson as he can do that and he's succesful with Wrexham now.

Yeah I'm pissed off with the result too, really thought it might be our year, but I'm not going to pretend shouting and zcreamingxat the players would have made any difference there. RLB has been saying the biggest ptoblem we have is a lack of consistency due to the age and immaturity of the team. He's right, that is exactly what happened at the weekend.

This in a nutshell. Rlb has bought himself the time to progress..we could only have dreamt of where we are after 29 games. Think he will need a good mentor to assist his progression adapting his squad and being more comfortable and confident as an attacking unit while maintaining the good defensive side we normally are..

All a bad manager has to do is change is methods. That's it. Find a way that does work. His current tactic isn't getting the desired results. So find another way. Sit down and think about employing a new strategy. Sacking a manager because his tactics isn't working when all he has to do is rethink how he approaches a game is insane.

Typical shit for brains Aussie.
OZ doesn't have a monopoly on that "quality" mate! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
All that fosters they drink 🤮🤮🤮🤮
@hank williams
Strange as it may seem marra, I've never seen that particular brand of dog piss consumed with such enthusiasm as when I go home to "blighty"
Melburnians would rather drink water!!!!

When does your "How To Be A Premier League Manager" guide book come out? I'm assuming it's being released by Acme books?

By that logic every manager who wants to win a game should just change their tactics, meaning that they all will win, which is impossible because only one team can win each match
