RLB will be gone before next season

Some just come on here to constantly twist regardless. I've noticed a few posters on the match thread who almost specifically go on there (ahem Swinny14 ahem) to just seemingly whinge

He wanted Postecoglou when we sacked Mowbray so, you really are wasting your time here bud
🤣 People longing for the exciting Short years to return perhaps?? Sackings 3 managers a season two relegations close to going bankrupt!! Aye those were the day!!! Utter bollox!!! Verbal incontinence pure Shite imo

Think you’re doing him a disservice. He’s achieved exactly what they wanted from him, promotion followed by safety, and should be lauded for it.

I think there’s a very real chance they replace him in the summer, but it won’t be because he’s failed. It’ll be because they think someone else is better.
Let's hope that doesn't work out the same way it has for West Ham and Forest.

Weve replaced half the squad, theres no reason why the manager should be immune.

I want him to stay obviously but if nothing is done about our stale attack then we can all see how next season will pan out - if that happens we will be looking for a manager mid season and that didnt go too well last time.

There's some serious head loss here.

People wanting rid of a bloke who has taken over a Championship team who finished 16th. Got them promoted at the first attempt and has them joint 9th, 3 points from Europe with 9 games left in the PL. Throw in a win over the filth as well.

Absolute madness even considering replacing him.

It was a terrible result and performance but at the end of the day it was a one off meaningless game, we were never going to win the FA cup. The players need to take responsibility for the result as the team put out should have been good enough to win. Hopefully if anything it spurs the players on to have a good result against Brighton and push on as much as we can in the league.

We all know that our attack needs strengthened in the summer so lets not get too emotional over it, stay positive and look forward to next year in the Premier League.

Talks in riddles about connections
dynamics and experiences reminiscent of Cantona and the seagulls

Any manager worth his salt would have put a rocket up them at half time but we have been papering over the cracks for a long time.

Lets face it we got lucky in the play offs, lucky at Wembley and Xhaka has been acting as de,-facto manager on and off the pitch.

Without him we are rudderless and will probably splutter our way to safety.

Ghisolfi brought in a number of quality players who dont need a great deal of " management" and yet RLB still insists on Hume in the hybrid role.

KLD has to much invested to fail and Ghisolfi will be working on a manager to take us to the next level.

Nice guy but he has to go in the name of progress

Utterly staggering assessment....

I don’t think KLD is the knee jerking type but if someone is available who he thinks is better then I can see him replacing Le Briss in the summer. He showed his ruthlessness in the summer with the squad over-hall and with Speakman. Le Bris will not be immune to it.
He’s done well overall but his limitations have been exposed recently. His stubbornness may be his ultimate downfall.

So when he’s sacked, who do you suggest replaces him, who will (in your opinion) do a better job? Genuine question. You are pointing out what you perceive to be a problem - what is the solution?

Immaterial anyway, whoever it was they would want him sacked as soon as he lost a game.

And how many years have Palace been in prem
Palace had been a solid mid table Premier league club for 12 years before they won the fa cup, we've been back one season....
Doesn’t change the fact though does it. We’ve a side full of players with considerable champions league experience who’ve proved that on their day they can match anyone in this league.

By the time the quarter finals are played we could have had a virtually full strength side but typically our fringe players who should have been easily good enough to win the tie just failed to turn up.

So 12 years of Premier league recruitment and squad building over 1 year we've had doesn't make a difference? The Champions league isn't as prestigious as it used to be (would you say all of Qarabags team are champions league quality players?) and most of the players we signed are young players with potential, not the finished article.
