RLB will be gone before next season

I think he'll be gone by Christmas. Think our success this season has largely been down to recruitment of which he has little say over. Season overall been a major success but if have a poor end to this season which is a real possibility combined with a poor start to next the powers that be won't hesitate to get rid. He's obviously a cracking fella but can't help but think he's not strong enough to deal with level of players we'll be looking to bring in as we try to push on. Think even now you can sense a whiff of a lack of discipline behind the scenes
'Season overall been a major success'. But aye, let's sack him. Do you realise how mental this sounds?

Spot on. Lovely fella and be a shame to sack him but it's inevitable sadly.

Have you seen our record since Xmas? We can't score....the football is just awful to watch....players out of position. Was exactly the same last season. Writing is on the wall.
You are like a broken record man. Did you expect us to stay 4th and okay like man city? You've never liked him man so it's pointless trying to argue. Bet you are devastated deep down we have been doing so well?

Because football, as anyone with half a brain knows, can produce teams that click and perform regardless of the manager. People forget just how bad we were from Xmas to rhe playoffs last season. Lowest goal scorers in the entire league. Lost last 5 games of the season. Etc etc

Second season is often more perilous than the first. Our aim next season should be to stay up and to do that we need to be defensively solid above anything else - RLB is the man for that.

People need to be patient, this is a long term project. Changing manager and trying to play more "attractive" football could be a disaster - see Nottm Forest and West Ham as examples

And changing manager guarantees that we storm up the league by scoring several goals per game? Check out some of the other.clubs that changed manager this season.
Yeah Spurs and Forest are rockin the league at the moment with their managerial revolving door policy.
If someone said to me at the beginning of the season that we would of bagged 40 points by the beginning of March and looked certs to stay up but fans wanted rid of the manager, I would of thought you were tripping.

People absolutely amaze me. The most success we’ve had for about twenty years. It’s a bit shit right now, we’ve tailed off with injuries, afcon and a lack of firepower up front. We look a bit toothless and it’s a bit negative but it’s almost impossible to be a success in the premier league team for anyone, let alone a newly promoted team. We’ve massively overachieved this year whatever happens. To say le bris has earned a bad run and some more time is an understatement. Mate of mine is a spurs fan… puts things into perspective!

Behave yourself you know exactly what I'm talking about

My only criticism is not playing our most important player from the off, we are twice the team when Granit starts.
Not sure what he was saving him for.
You can’t expect someone to play if he’s injured or carrying a knock like prob thought we didn’t need him given the opposition plus maybe fancy us to sneak into Europe with granit fit for league

The talk on here is absolutely unbelievable.

We're on course for a top 10 finish, in our first season back in the Premier League and some deluded "fans" are calling for him to be sacked.

We do have areas of improvement, but to call for our manager to be sacked is embarrassing.
Mags marra.

It’s not shit tho ! we have just took another 4 points off our last two games

Think you’re doing him a disservice. He’s achieved exactly what they wanted from him, promotion followed by safety, and should be lauded for it.

I think there’s a very real chance they replace him in the summer, but it won’t be because he’s failed. It’ll be because they think someone else is better.
Or because a number of other teams are looking for an excellent manager to keep them in the prem. Personally, I don't think Regis can be blamed a great deal for the performance against PV. If the players can't be arsed putting in a half way reasonable shift to reach the qiarter finals of the FA Cup, all he can do is bench them next game (assiming we have some of our regulars back from the sick bay). I'm still looking forward to our remaining games this season, particularly in a couple of weeks) to see where we finish. KTF!!
