We were shit - their pitch didn’t suit our game - need to win duels - proud of team to be ready for last game and play offs
 
I stopped after the first question

"Regis, we were playing a team that had everything on the line today, it was an important game for them......"

Fuck off with the pandering, soft, excuses for questions man.

Barnes is the same, never any challenges to absolutely shit performances. I know it's the club media and that but fuck me, treating us all like morons.

Indeed.

This is probably the club's reporter so understandable, but the rest are the same.

The next press conference will start with a similar soft soap question, I'd love to here it start with something like "Regis, another very poor performance from the team, again they offered almost no attacking threat and were vulnerable at the back and have only scored one goal from open play in the last 8 games, a run which stretches back well before you started resting and rotating the team. What are you going to do to change it and what is your message to the increasingly disgruntled fans, especially those who made the long trip to Oxford"?
