Shit like this infuriates me when conversations turn to why people who haven't played the game shouldn't be pundits (whether journalists, podcasta, women, whoever) cos this is the bullshit that the average ex footballer comes out with. You must be logged on to see media items

He’s a complete tit, but to be fair that quote was taken out of context. During the interview itself he was seen to laugh afterwards and imply that he was only kidding. You must be logged on to see media items
This was one of his best ones last week when talking about Fletcher getting the caretaker job.

Its hard to relate that he was such a good player aint it, feels like 2 different people.
The best analysis comes from likes of Jonathan Wilson, James Horncastle and Julien Laurens. They study and understand football and do their research properly. Their discussions are far more informed and coherent than the insipid, cliched tripe you get from Ferdinand. Most footballers aren't very bright and so find it difficult to think and express themselves clearly.Shit like this infuriates me when conversations turn to why people who haven't played the game shouldn't be pundits (whether journalists, podcasta, women, whoever) cos this is the bullshit that the average ex footballer comes out with.
