Rightmove Voyeurism

In one of Middlesbrough's better areas.

Alternatively, you could snap up this one in Nunthorpe for £2.5m. It's definitely part of Boro - despite the incredible pretence in the advert that it's in North Yorkshire!

I was surprised when I found it. @herra soul mob is that cheap?
Aye, good value that, , downside is the parking , double yellow lines, do get permit in designated areas nearby and can park outside all weekend though.
That's back of me bro in laws hoose on extreme left of photo .

Just remembered think it was featured on 'location location location '.

5 Bed farmhouse, barns, grain store and 268 acres of land. 20 odd miles south of Edinburgh. Farmhouse is available for £595k, land £480k and barns at £140k as separate lots. The rights of access would become an issue if sold as lots.

Ah just had a mooch on Google Maps. Main road out the front and restricted parking with no access to the back?

Pick it up and drop it onto another riverside location and it would instantly double in price.

As they say, Location! Location! Location!

Aye, the back garden is terraced and backs on to the river. Very nice in the summer , drinking wine and waving at people on other side :D

I’m surprised at the asking price for this. Similar properties further south are very few and far between and when they do come on the market are generally twice this.

Need a chunk of money to convert it afterwards, but lovely starting point.

I’ve walked past it fair few times , previous owners had it looking tacky as owt , looks better on the outside now , but agree wouldn’t have thought it was worth owt like that much

1m max and even then it’s prob over priced
I understand it's the same owner. He didn't have permission for the work he did to the property previously and was made to correct it by the council.
He's now got the front of the house looking quite nice but pretty much the rest of it tacky as fuck.

I'd agree it's probably only going to get about £1M. Certainly not much more. There's way better to be had for less than he's asking for that. It will be on the market for quite some time unless he wakes up.

I see the celeb couple in cleadon have their house blurred out on google maps.

Quite easy to do apparently. Might blur mine out. You never know who's spying on you.

With the arches going into a courtyard that could be lovely. Though a lot would depend on the scope to put windows in the rest. I can't get anything useful out of the Newcastle planning website to be extra nosey. The reference number not found and the map search is just an awful interface that seems broken.
