"Good bones". I'd keep some original bits as features, but have the rest ultra modern.So many brilliant original features in that house - the kitchen units, the hall floor, the bannister, the built in cupboards round the bed. I hope whoever buys it works round/with them when doing it up rather than just ripping it all out.

You should see what the buyers have done with this. Absolutely unreal. Must be spending at least what they paid for it on the reno.Not sure if I like this or not. Bit dated but could potentially be very nice.
