Wow. I thought he was taking the mick with some of the stories he’s told me. He lives on the same 3 house street as Sheerarrrrrrr and half my bosses battle with the committee have been to do with ruining Alan’s view of the skyline. I was up his house the other weekend and Alan was in, numberplate on his Range Rover was AS 9. That numberplate probably cost more than my house
There are some bits I like there. Being sun sensitive, I like the big arched sun terrace so I would have shade. But all the grounds look sterile and wildlife unfriendly while there is a load of wasted space, mostly just stuff for show. That double staircase and the hideous marble bath for example, but then the two study/office spaces are pretty small. The front looks awful too.the boss of 'in-n-out burger' has put her awful house on the market... (i like the pitch and putt area)

That's the case everywhere at the minute. People putting offers in before viewing a property etc. It's stupid at the moment. My dad does. As you’d expect, quiet. He was saying a few round him have gone on for sale lately and been snapped up within a week
Was he made aware of such a problematic committee before buying?I’ve no idea to be fair. I do know he made the alterations the committee requested

His number plate is 9 AS .

I'm referring more to the fact that other residents can dictate the colour of you drain pipes etc!like a little village it’s that big now.
I would agree it is about 3 or 4 times the size of cleadon, went for a walk there a few months back.I'm referring more to the fact that other residents can dictate the colour of you drain pipes etc!
Size wise i would say its at least 3 times the size of say Cleadon.
Ahh so it has its own byelaws ..... CrazyIf you buy a plot, and knock it down to start again, one of the byelaws is you need committee permission on the plans, just in case your new design makes your house bigger than next doors.
Can’t be upsetting the neighbours up there.
Someone has told my mrs they want to buy our house and it's not even up for sale yet. They haven't seen it, it's purely because it's in the catchment area for a particular high school. That's the case everywhere at the minute. Now seems to be a great time to sell your house, unless you have to buy another oneSomeone has told my mrs they want to buy our house and it's not even up for sale yet. They haven't seen it, it's purely because it's in the catchment area for a particular high school.
I would think we'll end spending what we get for it on a smaller houseNow seems to be a great time to sell your house, unless you have to buy another one

I’ve had a knock on the door and a separate note through the letter box asking if I’d sell my house.
Worth a look for the epic carpets

I'm confused by bedroom three. On the house front picture, it looks like half the dormer window has been covered, then when you look at the internal picture 12 of the room, the wall is right next to the remaining window. It looks like next doors upstairs extends into this one?
