I know I'm overthinking it but it's mad they can claim Hoylake station is less than 7 mile away. That's the way the crow flies over the water. Unless I'm missing another Hoylake nearby.
 
this bad boy just came on market, the downfall is I live nearby...:eek::D

I’m 99% certain I delivered newspapers there in the late 70s when I was a lad living in Loansdene on The Avenue. I worked for the paper shop on Bridge Street near the corner on the Chantry.
Sean Connery to play me in the filum of that story.
