I know I'm overthinking it but it's mad they can claim Hoylake station is less than 7 mile away. That's the way the crow flies over the water. Unless I'm missing another Hoylake nearby.

I’m 99% certain I delivered newspapers there in the late 70s when I was a lad living in Loansdene on The Avenue. I worked for the paper shop on Bridge Street near the corner on the Chantry.
Sean Connery to play me in the filum of that story.

Saw that the other day, it doesn't give you any idea what you're actually buying.
Clearly its not the building, I can only imagine its a part ownership of a fairly short lease?
