I had to look at the floor plan for a while just to try and make some level of sense of it.

With so many bedrooms, part of me thought perhaps a student house, but then it is open between floors so I think it is all one house.

Funnily enough just played a few holes at seaton with daughter n a lass had left there to work at onestop oxford road. Left after a week. Absolutely lawless. Constant folk strolling out without paying. Needs sorting throughout thr fecking country this. f***ing scum just live how they please.

Looked at the hartlepool one on maps, still under construction there. Fascinating place like n a lot of house/land for 500k. Maybe theyre hoping for a bidding war.

Always wanted a pool. Keep trying to convince the missus to let me put a decent sized above ground one in the garden.
Need solar panels first though.

Looks nice, but odd that there are no pictures of the exterior or the front of the house.

Edit: Yes there are. When you compare gardens, it is the first in the row of white houses in the first picture.

Also by floor plan it's pretty smallish, I think you are paying all that for location/view, but 745k Mmmmmm. Probably either 2nd home for the long weekend from London or Airbnb place?

Yeah. 4 bedrooms great, but the rest of the living space is not that big, and I suspect that having loft rooms means there is no storage for the general clutter that fills lofts normally.
