Make sure you never let them leave your site when in transit. Ours did and then I got a call from the boss saying that they needed an extra 100 to finish the job as there was more than they thought.

I used one about a year ago. A fat bloke and a an old woman turned up. I knew straight away that I'd be grafting. They charged per the hour so I had to really up my game and save some cash. After 3 hours of humping and dumping we were ready to go. They didn't reach the speed limit travelling to my new house
Eventually we all arrived. I turbo unloaded it in less than an hour. They charged me 8 hours and when I questioned it they said it was agreed in the email I signed and agreed
So I was knacked and skint

Just make sure the quotation includes for moving all items and not just van rental.

Someone I know told the removers to empty his house and put it in the other whole he went to work, came back and all done.
Last time I did it I told them where to put stuff but I was paying them to do the moving. Also got them to dismantle tables and beds and got them to put them up at other end.
