Got to start taking some criticism in my opinion. His in game management and lack of subs is baffling. Playing O’nien left back when we have a left footed defender in Alese on the bench. Why not play Isidor and Connolly together when chasing the game and nothing to lose? His set piece routine which to be fair stink Of Dodds and the other gonk are nothing short of a disgrace. Cant keep playing well for 45 then coming out second half and looking shattered and void of ideas

Lack of subs was stupid then when he did make them, he takes the best player on the pitch off. Absolutely baffling and 100% to blame for me tonight
 

Needs to understand bringing on subs can change the momentum of the game for the better. And if you don’t do it - but the opposition does - you’re fcked

don't have 90 minutes in us. we don't have 60 actually with his use of the same players all the time and then making subs far too late. it seems he's got very little faith in anyone outside his preferred starting eleven and i feel he's running them into the ground. we just constantly fizzle out into nothing second half after looking really bright early doors
