I literally opened this thread for the first time since this morning and seen him still going on. Btw it wasn't me he was having the initial disagreement with 🤣

All he needed to do was admit he fucked up in how he worded things, but instead went off on some weird tangent.
 
Le “Le French Football Thread 2024/25” should be a lot busier than last seasons wot with all these French Football experts we suddenly appear to have on the SMB. I’m amazed some of them haven’t been popping up at HT during the France games at the Euros such is the obvious depth of their knowledge on the subject.

Are you blind? I must have said about ten times that if we have paid compensation for le Bris then I was clearly wrong.

And you say it's no big deal but you're the one who randomly jumped back in demanding that I admit I was wrong.
 
RLB is exactly what Dreyfus and Speakman have always wanted. A bilingual continental coach who has experience of working with and developing kids, who seemingly won’t have any issues working within the strict parameters set in place by those above, and who apparently plays decent football.

If this goes tits up, especially if they allow RLB to bring in back room staff (which is a good thing btw), the ‘model’ will be a total busted flush imo.

That's how I see it as well, but they need to make it work, push the boat out a little bit. I also hope that they are more patient with him, if he's the man they've settled on then give him the season provided it's not a complete disaster.
