So the wise SMB has spoken!…..he’s gonna fail, he’s not good enough?….unbelievable.

Yes, according to Smith the club see them as important for continuity.First team ?
As far as he understands it Dodds, Proctor and the goalkeeping coach will all be staying at the club and retained in coaching roles.
... or Marti Cifuentes for that matter prior to joining Queens Park Rangers.Who had heard of Danny Rohl before he went to Wednesday?
That’s not what was inferred? It’s that le Bris can bring coaches with him, which some on here have said he won’t be able to do.But, but, but the club paid Romano for a tweet yesterday and the lemmings on here said there would be an extensive overhaul of coaching staff.
Does KLD have a proper job apart from his little hobby owning Sunderland?I totally get that. We are doing things differently and KLD is young enough to learn to be a more hands on owner.
I doubt the Brighton or Brentford owners just leave everything to their football men to run the show. They'll look at the data and make changes according
You’ve got such an ego mate you should tone it down a notch. Just a suggestion I know it’ll fall on deaf ears but not every post has to be having a sly dig at fans who choose to see things in a more positive light. But, but, but the club paid Romano for a tweet yesterday and the lemmings on here said there would be an extensive overhaul of coaching staff.
Amazing how many reserve squad members pop up to support the hierarchy of the club on hereSo the wise SMB has spoken!…..he’s gonna fail, he’s not good enough?….unbelievable.
Works both ways mind, loads of Uber fans on here having a go at people who think the process and appointment have been poor. You’ve got such an ego mate you should tone it down a notch. I think it’s fair to say the process has been underwhelming but the appointment, we don’t knowWorks both ways mind, loads of Uber fans on here having a go at people who think the process and appointment have been poor.
How do you know it's a poor appointment?Works both ways mind, loads of Uber fans on here having a go at people who think the process and appointment have been poor.

I hadn't heard of him but he had a decent CV. Showing adaptability moving to different clubs in different countries.... or Marti Cifuentes for that matter prior to joining Queens Park Rangers.
Well you never know in advance about anything, people are still allowed to have an opinion, one way or the other. For most it doesn’t change wanting him to succeed whether you think it’s a good or bad appointment.I think it’s fair to say the process has been underwhelming but the appointment, we don’t know
Fair enough.Everyone hopes he does well.
There’s a different between what we hope for, and what we’ve got a reasonable basis to expect, though.
Does KLD have a proper job apart from his little hobby owning Sunderland?
Year 1 he sacked an under performing Johnson, appointed AN and we went up.
Year 2 he made some good signings and we just missed out on the play off final due to injuries.
Year 3 we offloaded experienced players who were likely on high wages and going to occupy the bench most of the season. Recruitment wasn't great, and neither was the appointment of MB.
To say he's had 2 years to awful decision making it just you trying to get it to fit your agenda.
Things are being changed for the better off the field, and the academy is finally being used for what it's there for.
I see you're in the camp of the half glass empty.
