Regis le Bris - confirmed

Just gonna put it out there like, all of these people who are unhappy with the appointment / the club / haven’t said a positive word in months.. Totally understand why and you’ve every right to feel like that to a degree. However, what we need now is a united fanbase pulling in the same direction and getting behind the team and manager after the last 6 months. If you’re gonna turn up to moan / complain at every misplaced pass (as plenty did in Beale’S first game) or actively try to make a mockery of everything the club does / says on social media then you’re not helping anything or anyone. I get the impression some on here are actively hoping this fails so they get their wish in terms of more pressure on KLD / Speakman. It’s not about accepting mediocrity or ‘clapping’ or whatever it’s labeled as, it’s just wanting to see us do well in every game and at any given chance. That won’t happen if people have such a negative mindset to everything which is clearly an issue at the moment.
No one wanted Beale but you can’t blame the fans for not being supportive of a 0-3 capitulation. It was pathetic. That’s on him and the players not the fans.

They had been crap for nearly 30 games with them. Looks like they lost one to Bournemouth in January 23.

I guess the other thing to say is that’s our model isn’t it? If he doesn’t like/can’t deal with players being sold is he a good fit?

They spent a decent amount as well tbf.

Something else has occured to me. Brighton and Brentford use a model where the manager is only part of the team. He becomes interchange like any other player because of the strength of the rest of the infrastructure. While being a plum, maybe Beale did us a favour by being hung out to dry and showing those who ultimately make the decisions that our structure is wrong, or at very least needs shoring up.

If anyone came in, they would likely have faced the same situation and regardless of how good they were, would have faced the same situation as wingers do without a striker.

If the summation is that they took time to work out what was actually wrong with the structure first before deciding on a HC, then actually, that might prove the most important decision of the summer.

I think we all need to get on board with this lad now. Give him a chance and give the lads on the pitch the full backing.

RAWA have the ability to sit down with the boardroom and that’s the medium to vent through now. For the head coach and lads wearing the shirt if we want a good season, they shouldn’t be subject to negativity and frankly it’s none of their faults either.

The groans started well before then. Yeah you’re right nobody should be clapping that performance, but the point is we need to get behind the team and give him a chance

Yep. Idk why anyone wants to be so negative before giving someone a chance.

We do. Clearly here to make assets from our franchise and sell them. Don't think dan neil will be buzzing with a contract signing do you?

They've left themselves nowhere to hide if it goes tits.up, so they need this to pay off

I know aye

It just worries me, it could be an appointment to keep backing the French market, when in reality that’s when the problems started

I was hoping we would sign no French players as the ones we have are pretty shite and nowhere the quality of the players we already had

I’m not angry or out I’m just concerned is the best way of putting it
