Regis le Bris - confirmed

f***ing hell, employing a bloke who has just been relegated!!

Even the happy clappers must’ve given up the ghost by now.
He the only manager ever to be relegated with a team like?

There's a ridiculous amount of examples of managers getting relegated with teams and going on to have success else where

Of course but most of the others had some seeds of hope to cling on to. Still was incredibly young for example.
Iv never heard of this lad and he could be great but on the face of it I can’t see any reason why he has got the job.
Plays good, attacking football. Well respected. Known for developing young players. Still is much younger, but also seems like he may be a bit of a bluffer (time will tell) in terms of how he leverages himself. They all have pros and cons and are relatively untested, I’m going to give him a chance before judging.

Given Regis apparently asked to leave before last season because he wasn’t happy and they forced him to stay means a big asterisk on the relegation for me.

Because that's the market that the owner wanted to shop in.
Yeah, but I’m not against it. I’d rather we take a chance on someone unknown than just pick a familiar face from the merry-go-round. Some people were also being totally unrealistic wanting cooper or potter.

This, especially for supporters paying for a season card only for the owner and Speakman to basically destroy the season. They have to do a lot more than bringing in a head coach after 120 plus days.A start but there is so much more to do.
Spot on.

If it means an overhaul of the coaching set up also I’ll be happy.

I long for the days of not having to look at Dodds in his jaws 1 cap.

The vast majority would have been very happy with Big Sam returning and he got relegated in his last proper job, with West Brom. Even in his last role he had four games with Leeds and drew one lost three.

None of us have any idea how Le Bris will do but saying he's been relegated is not particularly relevant, just as Beale's win rate and being league runners up wasn't.
