I've said this before but when you are trying to unearth hidden gem players, it's a numbers game as you sign 5 young unknown players and you're lucky if 2 work out well.

You can't really play the numbers game with head coaches as you can only sign one at a time and it's no good if they are going to develop into a decent head coach in 2 years time as by then you're in league 2.

No he finished 4th then 3rd. Which is pretty poor for Anderlecht.
