Regis le Bris - confirmed

If we sell Clarke / Ballard / Patterson / Neil / Hume for good money you really think it will all be invested back into the team?
There's nothing to suggest either way, why don't you give them a chance instead of assuming things will happen and then getting annoyed about it. If they are sold and not reinvested then its fair to criticise. Think we'd only sell maximum 2 of those anyway, we aren't going to sell all our players

Because i’ve seen the shambles off the pitch for the last 12 months, they’re incompetent

So it hasn’t been a shambles off the pitch, you’re quite happy with their performance off the pitch?
Think we should have had a manager by now and BCB was obviously terrible but apart from that think they've been okay, look at the investment in the stadium or the deal with fanatics, the new kit deal with Hummel. Nothing at all suggests we're going to sell all of our best players and not spend any money

Can't ignore the clear failings in recruitment for the last 3 windows

I do think overall this current board have done more good than bad, but the bad has been really really bad like.

Not sure they have all failed, or had time to fail/succeed yet. Main failure in transfers has been the striker issues, had they have got someone decent in the rest would've looked okay

Last three windows, especially the overseas recruitment has been an absolute shambles and needs calling out for what it is.

They've definitely not looked after the here and now, nigh on every signing has been a development signing. Imo they've failed

One thing that always gets overlooked is the work within the academy. It was cut back to a skeleton of what it should be and they're doing very well to rebuild it.

This was one of the most important things they needed to sort and they did.

The academy looks to be getting back to what it was and we aren’t losing many players now.

Agree.

Overall they have done well, but unfortunately the bad bits have been so bad that they have outweighed the good, you get judged more on mistakes and failures than you do on successes though, that goes for any industry.

I can understand it getting overlooked tbh, the 1st team will always dictate failure or success.

Rusyn, Dack, Styles and Aouchiche were all signings with experience (as in games played) to go along with the inexperience we signed. They didn't work out but don't think that was because of poor strategy, they just picked the wrong players imo

AA looks good IMO like, make or break season for him and I think he will be a key player.

And the 2 with championship experience are/were pretty poor. The other 2 untested at this level. The strategy isn't that wrong the implementation of it is.
