Regis le Bris - confirmed

Seems like i'm in the minority but i love Mundle. Think he has alot of potential and is different to what we already have.

I agree with re Mundle I think the lad has something and with good coaching ( there lies a problem) he could turn out to be a good signing. Our first 11 who played against Cardiff are good, add Ekwah, Rigg, Ballard, the keeper and possibly Triantis and the rest for me will never make it as a Championship player. The squad is so weak it has no chance of a play off spot. As we have said two CF’s are needed, DCM, player and a CH. That’s not even taking into account the cover for Cirkin and Hume is far from ideal. My info for what it’s worth is they still believe Mendy will happen! You will have your view on that, the same people thought Still was nailed on and had no alternative plan!!

If he did it to prove the fringe players weren’t good enough then fair play, nobody knows his thought process behind it but the fact people are alluding to him not picking the team (like some did all of last season) is ludicrous.

Fact is for me, there’s only 3 or 4 players who played in that Preston game who I’d have anywhere near the first team like, the rest wouldn’t get a game in League One.
Hopefully he was proving a point, however history says that the soppy baws above him won’t take any notice and he will be sacked soon 😂

Fail to add a striker to this squad and they’re doing to Le Bris exactly what they did to
Mowbray and Beale - asking them to do the job without providing the basic tools to allow them to do so.

An almost inevitable sacking will follow with Dodds and Proctor back in charge before October is out.

Make no mistake the job will be a poisoned chalice to any half decent coach and we’ll be loaded with any old shmuck.

It matters not one jot how long it goes it on, if he's the player they have identified as being right for us we get to judge when he signs, or when we fail to get it done. Crying farce at this moment in time is precisely that, rushing to judgement without knowing how it may turn out. He may sign and turn out to be a pile of crap, I'd bet my house that you'd never heard of him before he cried foul to the media. You've no idea if he's worth the effort or not. Just another child in a man's body stamping your little feet because your needs are not being satisfied.

Unfortunately we have no crystal ball, we failed to anticipate the takeover, big deal. The outcome is all that matters.

So I am a manchild with toys out the pram because I have an opinion??

Speaking of outcomes, howabout the striker outcome of the first transfer window after Stewart left??

Or maybe the second??

How about the 3rd??

Outcomes do matter as do patterns of behavior in failure.

Sure hoping we get someone in that is fit for purpose and not even sure if this French chap will fit the bill. He's got a decent tally in the French second division for sure. How and if that translates to a similar strike rate in the Champo remains to be seen.

Maybe it’s because Clarke is good at showing for the ball and always makes himself available

I will argue til I’m blue in the face of Clarke got loads of the cos he played the majority of the season with a left footed player at left back.

Every righty thought sod this and poked it to Clarke, and credit to Jack he made more than the most of it.

No one zipped it into a midfielder or the feet of our pretendy striker, it was Clarke or mega slow back across our back line.

It should be the biggest job outside the PL. A club that averages over 40k, a club with an incredible fan base acknowledged as a big club within the game but sadly I agree it is a poisoned chalice. Let’s be honest the HC was at least 4th choice, appointed purely because others didn’t like what they saw and heard. I feel for the guy, I will reserve absolute judgement on the owner and Speakman until the window closes.
