I was as well I didn’t want Beale either tbh. I could see some logic. Other than being a complete unknown and having to get behind him or keep faith I can’t see any reason for this appointment.

I get what you mean and it’s fair enough in a way. But you can’t deny having Dodds as interim caretaker gives the impression they’re looking hard at who to bring in after and now it looks a bit like they either didn’t OR went all in for Still and presumed he’d come

People say it earlier he ran an academy so maybe that’s why

I think we probably have enough people who have run academies. Is lorient a good academy? Can’t think of anyone off the top of my head who has come through there. Not since Didier Ndong anyway.

We have at least one of their supporters saying he’s decent, more than Beale had!

I’m just going to wait and see because we don’t have much to go on at all.

It’s a completely different situation to Beale imo. He was hated by QPR fans, talked absolute waffle and didn’t have a particularly good record.

I feel that was a speakman appointment. This seems like a KLD appointment.
