Whilst I appreciate Speakman’s sentiment that we are actively recruiting, it’s frustrating going into pre season without an established coaching team to help the players hit the ground running.

Because the current staff showed nothing last season to convince me they are worthy. I was hoping for a new broom.

I don’t think clubs should rip the whole set up after a bad season mind. It’s taken years for us to build up the whole coaching set up. There was barely anyone here under Donald.
