This article is a bit easier to read in my opinion but he’s getting the final say on what coaches come in and is picking people he feels we need. Set piece coach is a big one. But looks like because he inherited staff at Lorient he hasn’t got a regular guy he trusts as assistant yet
 

He's been managing for 5 seconds and inherited most of his staff at lorient, I doubt he has many he could bring. Probably why he took the job when allegedly 4-5 others turned it down.

Good news about set piece coach. We’ve been absolutely horrendous at them for years.
