Regional fusion breakfast recommendation

Mixing the North East and the West Midlands, this morning I'm having a bacon, sausage and cheese oatcake in half a stottie.

Absolutely delicious.

You should all try it.

It would be tough to find anywhere that sold both oatcakes and stotties.

My parents brought me some stotties down this weekend when they came to visit, and I got my oatcake delivered from a greasy spoon cafe in Stafford.

Next time you're travelling to/near/through Staffordshire, remember to take a stottie with you. You won't be sorry.
