Not enough pace, not enough power, scared to win games. Basically what we lacked going into the season and we finish the season with the same issues. Only thing we’ve addressed is the goalkeeper issue, cracking keeper but on the whole the recruitment team needs looking at.

We failed - badly.

What could have been an enjoyable season, and started out as one, became torture.

The manager had the backing, had the players, had the strength in depth, had owners who sorted out the wankers in the dressing room, had the support from the terraces, and he took everything he had and made us worse. Worse than we should have been, worse at the end of the season than we were at the beginning of it. The longer he is here, the longer he works with the players, the worse we get.

Massive failure. Such a negative manager for the level we are at. Transfers have been abysmal. Big big summer coming up, this will shape is for the next few seasons. Failure to get promotion, we'll be down here for a good few years

I reckon that Coventry winger they had on loan summed it up mate

Been very average at best since November.

Complete and utter failure this season
Yup

Since Powers sending off at Walsall

Why has the defence not improved, or been improved, during the season? (The same last season)
Why is the management allowing us to be bullied by physically much bigger teams, and not doing anything about it?
Why did we not just keep Maja and take the financial hit? (We will lose far more than we gained)
Why are we still so mentally weak by this stage in the season?
Why are our set pieces as bad now as they were at the start of the season?
Why are we not finding a way to make Grigg an effective striker? He must have strengths. What are they?
Why does the management still not know their best XI ?

Baldwin..what happened there? He was decent wasn't he up until new year? Like everyone else, I am absolutely f***ing gutted. Really bad way to lose. Massive slice of luck to them, you could argue Flanagan didn't clear it properly but it was so late in the game.

We were going to get better as the season went on, when the manager settled and the team gelled.

I read it on here.
Still reading it today!

He’s cost us a couple of late goals at Wembley this year fannying on and not being decisive.

Just two shots at goal(Leadbitter and a sad Oviedo effort) in a must win play off final is a reflection of the whole season.
Boring, negative play and a dour, timid manager who didn't learn from his mistakes all season.
