Redditors gave Wall Street traders an absolute pasting


The number of people telling everyone to keep buying GME isnt' decreasing over at WSB.

Seems like all the buy restrictions have been lifted too, which helps.

So tempted to buy more :lol:

Its hard to judge.
FOMO is a strong driver when loads of people are adamant they are right.
But then your brain tells you that people who's lost their arse here, will be telling people to buy to lift the prices back up.

Its all fun, as long as you're not playing with "real" money.

I even will split my bet into two so I have one I can cash out on and let the other run and I STILL can't bring myself to do it :lol:

Not really. AMC just got a cash injection with mugs savvy investors such as myself buying into them.

With the vaccine roll out and a shit ton of films waiting to be released (New Bond, New Fast and Furious, 5 MCU over the next 12-18 months etc) they'll get bums on seats. I'm pretty confident I'll get more than I put in back, it's probably not happening over the next day or two unfortunately.

I'm of the view it's not a loss until it goes bust or I sell at a loss.

I think you'll find that I don't just let an insult lie and if my family's privacy has been breached I will not really ever get over that and will go enjoyably out of my way to irk the offender

I only mention it in explanation, I was pertinent in my criticism of his posting "style" he is the one who brought ex boyfriends into it etc, I did mention his height before that but only when taking him to task for proper reasons given his posts

My lad has been involved with this for the last couple of weeks and had followed the proceedings for some time before that, watched the 'deepfuckingvalue' videos etc. Considering this was his first dabble in the markets he has done very well financially, has learnt a lot and enjoyed the caper, sticking it to the man and all that.

He reckons that the original 'redditors' are now outnumbered 2 to 1 by bitter latecomers who didn't do their homework and are feeling betrayed, and doing exactly what you are suggesting.

If it was really a moral philosophy though then they would al hold and force the funds to skip past the short window and pay the values
