Aren't Hawk's trainers but designed to be flown by either seat, so could have been giving someone a tour?Two seaters usually have an engineer in the back. No command eject on Hawks, not sure.
Edit - that's right on a runway because the board with the orange circle is to indicate the cable across it.
I have heard what might have happened but can't,say too much, but it seems unlikely given where it came down.
