Those that print that size in good quality cost a fortune in ink.

I know a printer that can do this I have had a few posters printed for my old bands I'll be able to sort you out one way or another with this and it wont be expensive.

A4 A3 matt or gloss finish was only about £10 - £50 iirc depends how many prints you want. I got loads of posters printed then sent them to venues across the land for gigs. It worked I got loads of gigs but I must admit the posters reflected the price.

Unless you are doing large quantities it will almost certainly be cheaper and better to get your printing done professionally. If you are talking about photos they will also use better paper and stable inks/dyes.

Problem with inkjets is that unless you use them regularly, and that means 2 or 3 times a week, the jets get blocked and the printer uses no end of ink in the cleaning cycle.
