Recommend me a lens for landscapes

I have a Nikon d5300 DSLR , looking to take landscape photography and need advice on a new lens , anyone advise ?

Sharpest manual prime with filter ring you can find.

Aim for ~18mm for crop sensor or ~24mm for full frame.

Sigma 10-20mm.
Ive had great results in the past using an 18-55 kit lens.....
Whatever lens you use or decide on though, USE A TRIPOD.
It will not only give you sharper images, but it will slow you down so you will think more about composition, exposure etc, but will give you more time time to experiment with these.
Put the camera on a tripod, compose, and try different settings.
