We saw all the same accolades afforded to his predecessor and that worked out well. Coleman is operating under exactly the same constraints and it's possible he'll get the same results from the rag tag army he's inherited. I've no idea why he took the job in the circumstances so I'll reserve judgement until I see some evidence that the platitudes have turned into points.

Takes a bit more than second bottom of the Championship, a winless year at home and a draw at Wolves for most of us mate. Fair play to those who do find it exciting but I'd guess they must have a seriously low excitability threshold.
