Really minor annoyances

Made that mistake once, everything I took stunk of White Linen when it came out of the case.
I remember back packing holidays with my wife in our younger days. Huge bottles of shampoo and conditioner going into my ruck sack because there was more space. Did it twice, they burst twice, I spent the first day of the holiday in the clothes I travelled in trying to get all my stuff washed and dried, twice.

The annoying thing was, she didn’t need a 1 litre bottle of each. “But it is so much cheaper to buy the big ones”. Not when it puts you over your baggage allowance and muggins here has to carry a few kilos extra of dripping gloop.

Third holiday I told her, her cosmetics stay with her stuff. She bought small bottles.

Life lessons school never taught you.

We were on a couple of days in London and were going to the Marquee to see Girl, I smelt like one.
😄

We went away self catering and an ex (not the one who posts on here) decided to put a jar of marmalade in his rucksack. I spent the first day of the holiday washing marmalade and shards of broken glass out of his clothing 🤦‍♀️

Samsung washing machine ‘tune’ when you turn it on or press start. I could genuinely drive it to the tip for no other reason if I didn’t think it would continue to make its childish prattle in the boot all the way there.

One UI 7.0 update on android phone. Arghhhhh..................
It's changed everything and made stuff harder to do.
It's made it really slow to charge.
It's unexpected and out of my control.
My technophobia grows daily.

I've got a Vileda spray mop which is better. Bit of Flash and Zoflora in it and then then pads go in the washing machine to get used again.
We have one of them (and spare pads) .
With having a lot of dogs in the house the tiled floors are constantly being mopped.
We also use zoflora.

Instruction books with so many pages of safety instructions. Add in all the different languages covered in one book and you have a ton of paper with every purchase.

I've just been out and bought a tower fan. It has 4 buttons 0-3 and one that looks like a back and forward symbol. I'm sure most people can figure out how to work it in seconds. 47 page long manual with it. The first 7 pages are about safe use. FFS, you plug it in, stand it on the floor and turn it on. It is a fan, I'm not flying a helicopter.
