I wanted a setting in teams for a ‘floating’ window so when you’re having a meeting reviewing documents on screen, the teams window is either not on show or on a different screen. An option to have a small one you can move about but still see the person you’re talking to would be good.

I get the impression a lot of recruiters just see who answers first and puts them forward for the job.
This is especially true if it's a Friday afternoon and it's for a booking starting on the Monday.
I've called people before after missing a call when I was looking for a new job. Had this too where they thought I was making it up but I'd just pressed the button on my phone.
